Paul Marshall

Paul Marshall has 15 years’ executive search and HR consulting experience advising Chairs and Chief Executives on critical and strategic roles, and leading searches for C-suite, D-level, functional heads and high value specialists across various sectors.

In addition to serving with the Irish Defence Forces as a Naval officer, Paul has held several management positions including operations roles with an International medical devices company, and Country Manager and Commercial Director with an International business services provider. His initial search experience was with a boutique firm managing engagements for clients in Construction, Technology, and Consulting Engineering before later joining Agilium Worldwide, a top 25 global executive search organisation, where he led a wide variety of retained domestic and international assignments.

Paul advises global organisations, PLCs and SMEs looking to consolidate, deliver transformation or establish in new markets; typically companies with growth and scaling ambitions. He delivers this through a tailored, qualitative and rigorous approach, which starts afresh with every engagement across clients operating in the energy, renewables and utility, pharmaceutical, medical device, med tech, manufacturing, technology, logistics and distribution sectors.

Educated with professional maritime qualifications from the Maritime College of Ireland and The Naval College, Paul also has a Master’s in Human Resources awarded by the National University of Ireland.
