Earlier in his career, Stephen successfully built and developed executive search practices for three leading international organisations and now has over 39 years experience in the industry both nationally and internationally.

He possesses a wealth of financial, business and executive search experience, together with an intimate knowledge of the marketplace. He is highly regarded for his leadership, commercial acumen, determination and his extensive network of long-term business relationships.

His record of success includes local and international searches for chairs, non executive directors, managing directors and division heads, chief financial officers, chief operating officers, chief information officers and directors of professional services, corporate affairs and general managers. His market sector knowledge spans industrial services, ports, manufacturing, retail, financial, construction, engineering, natural resources, government, education and not-for-profit.
