Patrizia Ghiazza

Patrizia has been active in Executive Search and advanced leadership programs since 1996.

She started her career in 1991 at Gruppo Bancario San Paolo as Project Leader in the Training and Development Department, then became Senior Analyst at the Research Office in staff to the CEO. In 1996 she entered Executive Search at Euren Intersearch completing assignments with focus in the industrial sector in Italy and abroad. In 2004 she joined Eurosearch Consultants and became Senior Partner in 2010 at the Turin Office. She broadened her experience by moving to the Financial Services, Digital and Media sectors.

Along her career, she developed extensive experience in recruiting CEOs and C-Level executives for Multinational and Italian Companies. She demonstrates a particular focus on leading women to C-Level positions and supporting women leadership in business. In 2018 Patrizia co-founded the Association STEM by Women and is now designing and launching her Gender Equality Advisory Services.

Patrizia holds a Master’s Degree in Law and an MBA from the University of Turin. She is fluent in Italian and English.
