Matthew Dallisson’s career started in Sales & Marketing with a leading branded food manufacturer. His move to executive search was driven by his interest in how organisations improve performance through Leadership. He has over 20 years experience advising organisations seeking exceptional leaders to drive transformational change. He joined Signium in the UK in 2011 where he is a Partner. He is Global Co-Head of Signium’s Consumer Practice, a member of Signium’s Life Sciences, Industrial, and Technology Practices and a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the global industry body for the executive search and leadership consulting industry.
He has recruited across a variety of regions internationally and across a range of ownership structures including quoted, private, and venture/private capital backed organisations. These span multi-national companies to challenger brands, for which he has a particular passion. He also has a particular interest in achieving diversity in leadership, being an early advocate of promoting diversity on shortlists without compromising on calibre. This has also led to him advising organisations on their employer branding and leadership attraction strategies to engage the very best leaders in today’s competitive environment.
A Sociology graduate, Matthew speaks French and Spanish badly but tries his best. The same applies to his cooking in the kitchen, where he enjoys being creative often helped by a glass of red wine.
