Hosuk Chung

Hosuk is a partner in Signium Korea’s Consulting practice. He focuses on organizational and competency assessments to drive management initiatives at major Korean and private equity portfolio companies.

Upon joining Signium, Hosuk brings 20 years of management consulting experience in global consulting firms such as Kearney, Monitor Group, and Oliver Wyman. At Oliver Wyman, he ran the Korean office for over 8 years and managed about fifty consulting professionals. Thereafter, he established and managed the office of GP Korea for 8 years and helped various corporations, PEs and consulting firms.

Hosuk has managed over one hundred strategy & operation consulting projects in various industries; including high-tech, manufacturing & industrial, automotive, retail, healthcare and telecom. This work with major Korean Conglomerates and multi-national companies supported their business strategy, marketing & sales, operations, sourcing, and HR functions.

Hosuk holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from UCLA and an MBA degree from Anderson School (UCLA), with a concentration in management strategy and finance.
