Piotr Pilecki

Piotr Pilecki started his professional career working on managing positions in plastics and glass manufacturing companies. He joined Signium in 1993 as a Managing Partner co-creating the Signium’s Polish office in Wrocław. In 2005-2006 Piotr acted as a member of Signium’s Board of Directors.

At Signium, Piotr has developed expertise in Automotive, Technology & Engineering, Healthcare, FMCG, and diverse Manufacturing industries, with focus on general management, sales and marketing, manufacturing and supply chain roles. With 25 + years of experience, he is one of the most reputable and expert executive search consultants in Poland. He successfully performed hundreds of assignments in Poland, CEE and CIS, as well as in the Middle East countries. Based on his extensive market knowledge, practice and seniority he provides his clients and candidates with leadership consulting, taking into consideration not only personal but also cultural match. 

Piotr holds a MSc degree in Chemistry from Wrocław University of Technology. He speaks Polish, English, German, Russian and Czech. Privately, he is passionate about art and travelling. He is also captivated by different sport’s activities such as marathons, yoga, mountain biking or ski touring.
