Pascal Moreau-Luchaire

Pascal joined Signium France in 2024 with an office in Puteaux La Défense. He started his career as an Export Sales Representative for an international sugar company. Four years later, he decided to pivot and joined a French recruitment company as Consultant. Then at age 28, Pascal founded his own recruitment company.

Following his experience in Human Resources roles for local and international companies, Pascal joined the French office of InterSearch and served as Managing Director for 7 years. In 2018, he created his own executive search company, PG&C Consulting. Pascal is also a Coach.
