Norbert Graschi

Norbert Graschi is a Managing Partner at Signium having joined the Executive Search Industry in 2010. Before he started his Executive Search Business he worked for almost 20 years in different companies and industries (IT, car manufacturer, semiconductor) – but always Human Resources. In his last industrial assignment he has worked as VP Executive Development for the Siemens Group. 

Together with his experienced team in Munich, he has successfully completed numerous national and international assignments with a strong focus on the following sectors: machine and plant construction, automation, manufacturing, mobility, automotive, semiconductor. Additionally, assignments in Operations/Manufacturing and Human Resources are his functional area of expertise across all industries. He has also a very strong focus on Digitalization and organisational Transformation. 

In the past 10 years Norbert has successfully placed middle and senior level executives as well as highly specialized experts to both – SME and publicly listed organizations.

Norbert graduated in Business Administration and holds a Certificate in Hogan Assessment. He is married, has two daugthers and enjoys equestrian sport, hiking, travelling and cooking.
