Beatriz Bluhm

Beatriz Bluhm worked in large Brazilian and multinational companies in the segments of oil, energy, communication and telecommunications. She began her career at Shell Brasil and, after performing expert functions at Varig and TV Globo, assumes in 2006 position of management at General Electric. Returned to the Globo Organizations, integrating the corporate HR with the responsibility of aligning human resources practices in the companies of the Group. In the period 2012 to 2016, her career was dedicated to the telecommunications market in América Móvil Group Brazil (AMX), which encompasses the companies Embratel, Claro and NET, including the moment of integration of the 3 companies. In AMX, she also assumes the area of diversity and inclusion. Beatriz joined Signium in 2017 as Associate Principal.

She has 18 years of professional experience in human resources, dedicated to projects and management with emphasis in the areas of recruitment & selection, training, organizational development and internal consultancy. 

Beatriz holds a degree in Psychology, a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil, and also holds a Master´s degree in Human Resources Management from Lisbon School of Economics and Management in Portugal.
