Ahmed Abdel Nour has more than 19 years of experience in Consulting businesses; his diverse expertise covers areas such as Executive Search, Organization Design & Development, Corporate Governance, Talent Assessment, Compensation & Benefits and Business Development.
Abdel Nour has a wide range of both local and multinational corporate clients, with expanding reach into growing businesses in industrial, manufacturing, banking, consumer, construction, pharmaceutical and technology.
He has a strong record in leading community projects targeted at building SME capabilities to establish and effectively run their HR function. He has also acted as a technical expert on several government initiatives within Egypt aimed at shrinking the unemployment gap. Previously, Abdel Nour was Advisory Board Member of the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University and was also HR Community Leader at ROWAD (a non-profit entity backed by USAID – the United States Agency for International Development).
Currently, Ahmed Abdel Nour is the General Manager of Signium Egypt & GCC, Board Member of JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions and Non-Executive Board Member of Riseup Group.
Ahmed Abdel Nour holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. In addition, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Archeology from Cairo University. He is a Certified Director from the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), Financial Regulatory Authority, International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group and Certified Assessor from Assessment & Development Consultants LTd (A & DC) UK.
