Baris Kartal

Baris Kartal is a Managing Partner at Signium in Frankfurt and Munich. He has been active in executive search consulting since 2011. He employs a holistic approach in his work, specializing in recruiting and assessing executives, board members, and advisory boards for multinational corporations, regional firms, leading family businesses, and financial service providers both domestically and internationally.

Baris assists financial investors such as Private Equity, Real Estate, and other alternatives, along with their portfolio companies, in filling key positions. His clients also includes banks, asset managers, payment service providers, and fintech companies.

In addition, Baris is a certified assessment consultant, supporting his clients in cultural analyses and comprehensive personality assessments of leadership teams.

In his leisure time, he enjoys sports activities such as football, squash, and marathons, and he likes to explore various wines and their corresponding vineyards with his wife and friends.
