Priscilla Batistão

Priscilla is a partner at Signium Brazil and member of the Consumer Goods, Retail, Education and Assessment practices. She is also member of the Coaching practice, being a Certified Coach (ACC – Associated Certified Coach), by Escola de Coaches Eco Social (ICF – International Coaching Federation -accredited).

Priscilla has worked for executive search and professional services firms since 2005. Prior to joining Signium, she was a partner at Kingsley Gate and Odgers Berndtson. At Spencer Stuart, she was a Senior Associate dedicated to developing assignments in the consumer goods, retail, education and executive assessment practices. She has developed c-level functional searches, such as CFO, CMO, and CSO executive profiles. While serving clients, she has worked with firms like Walmart, Carrefour, Natura, Starbucks to name a few. ​

Priscilla started her career as a Translator and Interpreter, then as an Executive Assistant & Projects Manager working for McKinsey & Co. and Telefónica. ​

She holds bachelor’s and post-graduate degrees in Translation and Interpretating from Universidade Ibero Americana and a MBA in Retail Management from FIA USP. She speaks native Portuguese and is fluent in English and Spanish, with basic knowledge in Italian.
