Stijn Haegeman

Stijn Haegeman joined Signium Belgium as a Partner in January 2024. He brings a wealth of experience from diverse leadership roles. Before joining Signium, he played pivotal roles as a Partner in Executive Search firms and as an International Mobility Manager at one of the largest global HR players.

With a robust background in Executive Search and a managerial stint focusing on international mobility, Stijn boasts an extensive network within HR and C-Level circles. Prior to his executive search career, he served as a Director at HR Square, Belgium’s largest network and magazine for HR professionals.

His professional journey also includes managing German-speaking markets in the maritime business sector. Stijn excels in identifying and placing individuals in key positions, spanning large corporations to family-owned enterprises, with a particular passion for HR roles.

Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, Stijn’s expertise transcends linguistic boundaries. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a dedicated family man, married and a proud father of two. Stijn finds joy in exploring diverse cultures through travel and has a keen interest in gastronomy, fine wines, and the art deco movement.
