Signium Colleagues Reconnect at Global Conference in Amsterdam

Chicago, IL USA – Signium recently held a global conference in Amsterdam from October 5-7th. The meeting, hosted by Signium Netherlands, was attended by over 65 colleagues representing 26 offices from across the world. It was an extremely welcome opportunity to reconnect in-person, after 3 years of virtual meetings and conferences.

The Conference theme was centered around growth and how to develop and grow Signium to help clients lead & navigate into the future; with external input from René Meldem (Chief Human Resources Officer at Cavotec), and a series of targeted growth workshops facilitated by Loren Duffy Ph.D. (Adjunct Professor at Trinity Business School, Director of Leadership & Transformation at Advanced Organization). There was also an emphasis on internal best-practice sharing, discussions around new service offerings, as well as coming together to further build the Signium global brand and marketing identity.

This was a special opportunity to also renew and build relationships, with participants enjoying ample time to socialize and reconnect with each other. Activities included an excursion via boat to Pampus Island, a canal trip & culinary team-building workshop, and a drinks reception overlooking the amazing Amsterdam skyline.

Chair of the Board, Annelize van Rensburg, noted “It was wonderful to see the engagement of all our members, many of whom traveled so far to join the conference.
