Wendy Phillips

Wendy is a Senior Consultant in the Professional Services Group at Signium focusing on mandates to source IT professionals in the Legal Sector. She has focused on this area for over 15 years and developed the Legal IT Division at Longbridge International and then at market leading firm Graham Gill Consulting, which combined with Signium in 2015.

She provides a full range of services to her clients from sourcing IT Directors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development and Support Managers/Analysts, IT Training specialists, and dedicated Legal Systems experts to providing strategic market surveys. Wendy’s clients include UK and US led international law firms, boutique law firms and a growing number of other professional services organisations. Since joining Signium she has seen growth on the in-house side of her practice, placing IT professionals into corporations. Recent assignments include: sourcing IT Directors/senior IT professionals for a leading New York headquartered law firm, a leading San Francisco headquartered law firm; a leading firm of international Patent & Trademark Attorneys and a leading UK headquartered international law firm.

When not at work, she enjoys skiing, reading and cycling. She spent many years as a school governor.
