At Signium Korea, Seokoon seeks to provide executive search and leadership advisory services based on his executive roles and consulting experiences. Prior to joining Signium, he established his career in a variety of industries and worked in consulting – focusing on strategy, marketing, and business development functions.

His almost 30 years’ of career experience includes executive roles at leading Korean companies such as SK Telecom, Hyundai Motor Company, Jeju Air, and Asiana IDT. He started his career as a software engineer at a leading Korean systems integration company. After obtaining an MBA degree, he worked for global consulting firm Monitor Group Korea as a management consultant.

Seokoon graduated from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with an MBA degree and holds a BA in engineering from Seoul National University, as well as a MA in engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
