Rike looks back to an international HR career of nearly 20 years within Professional Services, Consumer Goods and Technology, leading teams within Europe, Russia & CIS, North America & Australia.

Having worked in different markets on different roles, Rike has extensive knowledge of the full HR spectrum from Executive Search and in-house Talent Acquisition, Talent & Leadership Development, Engagement & Culture, Change Management & Reorganizations as well as in strategic & operational HR Business Partnering. Rike has successfully led large teams of people across the world, and was most recently Chief People Officer at a fast growing, globally operating scale-up in the food-tech industry. Rike has passion, expertise and a proven track record in New Work, creating & leading high-performing teams, shaping Organizational Culture, HR & Talent Strategy, as well as Leadership Development and is a certified Business Coach.
