Noriaki Terashima

Noriaki Terashima’s career experience spans financial systems, investment funds, M&A, consulting firms, financial advisory, and new business development.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kansai University, he joined a major Japanese security company for 18 years. He started in sales covering individual, business corporation, financial corporation and was promoted to management where he was involved in asset management for institutional investors as well as M&A projects.

Later, he joined a manufacturing company producing industrial products and gained experienced in sales, engineering, corporate planning, and management – including overseas market development.

He then changed careers to management consulting, using his expertise to provide advise on financial issues and direct senior level recruitment for 4 years. He joined Signium in 2021.

He also holds an associate certified fundraiser qualification (certification number:AC01060), supporting donation strategies at universities and other institutions.

He holds a BA in Law from Kansai university.
