Marcus Koetting

Marcus Koetting joined Signium International in Munich as a Managing Partner in December 2020. Before, he has been with Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner in the area Executive Search for more than 5 years.

Predominantly he places executives at the C-Suite level and below in the industry across Europe. In addition, he has a particular expertise and focus on HR Roles across all business sectors as a former HR leader.

His clients are big firms and family-owned companies in Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Mechanical Engineering, Measuring Technology and Metal Processing Industry as well as Private Equity firms and Family Offices.

Marcus Koetting has a successful track record in HR leadership roles and as Managing Director of companies for more than 20 years. He served in various executive positions at Daimler/EADS/Airbus, at the conglomerate General Electric, at the US automotive supplier Lear Corporation and the French automotive supplier Faurecia.

By education, he is a trained commercial banker (Bankkaufmann) at Dresdner Bank and has a business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. He speaks German, English and French.
