Maan-Hyun Han

Prior to joining Signium, Maan-Hyun has over 20 years of consulting experience in Korea and USA with Monitor Group and LEK Consulting. Maan-Hyun has professional consulting expertise across a wide range of industries including media, entertainment, telecommunications, Internet, chemicals, automobiles, consumer products, education, and public sectors. He has also developed very unique expertise in organizational value-up and leadership development practice and thus has influenced many institutions. He has also founded his own venture consulting firm in both Palo Alto and Seoul in the late 1990s. He has been also members of board directors for several IT and media companies. 

Maan-Hyun Han specializes on leadership development consulting and executive coaching for local and multinational companies in Korea.

;’He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and Statistics from Seoul National University and master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University of USA. Prior to joining Monitor, Maan-Hyun was with LG Electronics as a network engineer. He was the publisher of the bestselling book on restaurant evaluation and the story writer for drama and film.
