Karin Peschl

Karin Peschl started her career with an Executive Search company in Vienna. 

Thereafter, she gained over 13 years of experience in operational and strategic Human Resource Management in global companies.
Beside a longstanding activity as Vice President HR and Organization for Austrian Airlines AG, she was in charge of different HR Management functions at Delphi Automotive, one of the largest automotive suppliers worldwide. At last, Karin was the responsible HR Director Europe for the electronics division. She was also member of the Executive Board at Delphi Delco GmbH, Germany.

Born in Austria, she successfully graduated at the University of Vienna in the field of economic studies and completed a Global Executive MBA program at the University of St. Gallen and the Rotman School of Management in Toronto.

Karin joined Signium as Managing Partner in 2010. She is focusing on the following branches and industries: Automotive, Industrial, Technology and Med Tech.
