Kamil Stefanczak

Kamil started his career with Assessment Centers and Recruitment for greenfield of Toyota Motor Industries Poland in 2003. He later became a Consultant and Manager for managerial recruitment within Poland and CEE. After nearly 20 years, he joined Signium in 2023.

At Signium, Kamil supports clients from the Automotive and Technology & Engineering sectors, focusing on Plant, Operations, Financial, HR, and local and regional positions.

With almost 20 years of experience, Kamil is a partner for Manufacturing industry clients who seek to differentiate good from the best Managers. His extensive network verifies candidates with proven results and leadership credibility. Kamil strongly believes that long-term client and candidate satisfaction is a result of ethics: understanding differences in values and sincerity in communication.

Kamil holds a MSc degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wroclaw (2003). He speaks Polish, English and Czech. Privately, he is an offshore skipper and is passionate for off-road travelling. He also likes to run half-marathons and play ultra-quick chess.
