Giovana Cervi

Giovana Cervi is a Managing Partner at Signium Brazil, responsible for Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology & Digital, and Leadership Consulting. She was named Global Financial Services Practice Group Leader in December 2021.

Giovana has experience in multiple industries throughout her career, working in many roles and functions in companies such as PWC, Grupo RBS, and Banco Cruzeiro Do Sul, in Finance, Business Development and Human Resources. She has over twelve years of experience on well-known national and multinational Executive Search firms.

She has led multiple searches for senior and top management on several functions within her expertise, largely in Brazil.

Giovana holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. She is native in Portuguese and fluent in English. She is a big fan of animals, enjoys alternative self-knowledge training, spending time with family, and sightseeing travels.
