François Barbier

François Barbier is a Partner at Signium France. With 30 years of experience in the Executive Search industry, he has successfully completed many national and international assignments in industries such as: automotive, consumer goods, electrical appliances, steel, and professional services.

Over the years he has been based in Paris, but also in Frankfurt for 11 years. He has assisted mainly French, German and Italian companies to recruit Executive committee members, Directors and Managers. Prior to executive search, François worked for 16 years in sales and marketing functions for the office automation, telecommunications, and defense electronics sectors.

François graduated with a degree in Engineering (Phd of Ecole Centrale de Lyon , final year at the Technical University of Darmstadt) and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.

His hobbies include singing in choirs and practicing sports like rowing, biking, and swimming.
