Boasting over a decade of experience, Camilla has served as a management consultant, both externally (Implement, PwC) and internally (Danske Bank). Her expertise spans culture transformation, HR, organizational development, and leadership growth. Camilla has seamlessly transitioned between roles as an internal and external consultant, while also practicing as a development and leadership coach.

Camilla holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School. She also has various certifications in coaching, mindset, and NLP. Her mission is to empower leaders to guide their organizations towards a future that is not just sustainable but also deeply meaningful.
