He has worked with global Fortune 500 companies and leading Chinese businesses, delivering impactful results and insights.

Before joining Signium, Blues also held the positions of Partner and Executive Director with two leading global executive search firms. Previously, he was the CHRO and Chief of the General Management Center at Vanke Logistics, one of China’s largest logistics companies under Vanke Group, and Managing Director of ChinaHR, a top 3 online/offline recruiting company in China. Before that, he spent more than 10 years in various executive roles working for industry-leading multinational corporations FedEx and Staples across different sectors and regions.
