Andrew Lang

Andrew Lang began his professional life as a commercial graduate with ICI, working for two of their international businesses in the Plastics and Petrochemicals Division. A lifelong fascination with people, teams and leadership led him to Executive Search, initially through two technical and engineering consultancies. He then consolidated his experience in a 15-year period with a leading search firm, before he was invited to join Signium in the UK. Andrew represented the CBI on the consultative committee of one of the UK’s leading international airports for 5 years.

With nearly 20 years in the Executive Search industry, he has built an impressive track record in the placement of senior talent. This is supported through an extensive network of and access to, past, current and future leaders. Andrew recruits across functions for senior executives working with quoted private and private equity backed companies. His primary focus is on highly international organisations in Mobility, Energy and Utilities, and Infrastructure. He is the leader of Signium’s Global Industrial Practice Group.

Andrew and his wife live in Central London and North Oxfordshire sharing a wide range of interests across sports, culture, and the arts. They were founding co-sponsors of the re-launch of London’s Blue Plaques scheme which shows us where important historical figures have lived and worked.
