Andreea has 20 years of experience in one of the Big Four companies, where she was an Audit Director and then Partner for more than 8 years. She has extensive experience in audits for global multinationals, project management, organizational structures, compliance and risk management, as well as client relationship management.

Currently, she is leading organizational development, restructuring and Executive Search projects for key relevant positions. Her areas of expertise include industries such as Automotive, Production, Food and Beverages, Chemical, Media and Entertainment, Financial and Professional services, Agriculture, and Oil & Gas.
