Åsa Otterlund

Åsa Otterlund has gained 360 degrees of experience in building and scaling entrepreneurial companies through more than 30 years in senior management, Board membership and investor/owner positions. Her industry experience ranges from Tech/Consulting, Financial services/Venture, to Manufacturing and FMCG.

To add value and growth, Åsa believes that it all comes down to individuals – their drive, competence, culture and team inclusion – regardless of role in the organisation.

She uses her experience to advise owners, founders, Boards and senior management in scaling, corporate governance, recruiting senior management positions, as well as advising and evaluating Boards and Nomination comittees.

Åsa is personally active in Board work and has held several Board positions, both in private and public companies and organizations. Currently, she is active in early-stage growth companies.

Åsa has a B.Sc. degree from the University of Uppsala, an M.A. in European integration from the University of Limerick, Ireland and several Board training certificates.
