Signium elects new Board of Directors, announces change to Head of Global Consumer Practice

Five new Directors take over leadership roles with immediate effect
Global executive search and leadership consulting firm Signium announces the election of its 2021 board of directors: Annelize van Rensburg, Director of Executive Search in Johannesburg, South Africa has been elected Chair, and Piotr Pilecki, Managing Partner in Wroclaw, Poland is elected as the Vice Chair.
Signium also welcomes Felipa Xara-Brasil, Senior Partner in Lisbon, Portugal; Aleksander Montalbetti, Managing Partner in Frankfurt, Germany; and David-Sebastian Stein, Managing Partner in Bucharest, Romania as new voting members of the Board. Each of the five directors will serve 3-year terms.

With decades of cross-industry experience in Executive Search, the new board will focus on developing a realistic growth plan that includes business development in the key Americas and APAC regions, as well as strengthening Signium’s global Brand Strategy and Communications.
Outgoing Signium Board Director and Vice Chair Angela Westdorf said:

With her election to Chair, Annelize van Rensburg departs as Consumer Practice Group Leader, a role she has held since 2018. Matthew Dallisson, Partner in London, UK has been appointed new Consumer group leader.
