Signium welcomes Marcus Kötting as new Managing Partner in Munich

The executive search and HR expert joins Signium as a new Managing Partner from Korn Ferry

Marcus Kötting has taken up his post as Managing Partner at Signium in Munich in December. Prior to Signium, Kötting had been working for Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner in executive search for more than five years.

Top-level staffing in large businesses and family firms

At Signium, Marcus Kötting is responsible for filling positions on the executive level and the subsequent managing levels in the industry all over Europe, as well as HR-positions across sectors. Among his clients are international large businesses and family firms as well as private equity companies and family offices. Within the industrial sector, he specializes in the automotive and aerospace industry, as well as in the areas of machinery and plant engineering, measurement engineering and metal processing.

Twenty years of corporate experience on the executive-level

Before Marcus Kötting started out as an HR and executive search consultant he held positions as human resources executive and Managing Director in renown industry and aerospace firms such as Daimler, EADS and Airbus. Other stations in his career include the General Electric conglomerate and the American automotive supplier Lear Corporation, as well as the French automotive supplier Faurecia.

After his training as a banker Marcus Kötting studied business economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, graduating with a business administration degree (Diplom-Kaufmann).
