Tomasz Szaynok

Prior to executive search, Tomasz Szaynok worked in business for the American company US West, one of the first telecommunication companies to enter the Polish market. He managed the company’s operations in Western Poland. In 1994, Tomasz joined Ward Howell Int., one of the global executive search leaders. After the rebranding into Signium he became Partner in 1999, and in 2002 Managing Partner of the Polish branch. 

His search assignments have been focused around general management, finance, sales and marketing, and supply chain. Apart from Poland, he is active in other countries in the CEE and CIS regions. He has delivered executive search assignments in the automotive, life science, and energy industries, as well as retail and FMCG. 

Tomasz graduated from the University of Wrocław in 1988 with a degree in geology. He actively spends his free time playing tennis, skiing and climbing. His passion also includes photography, and especially street and nature photography. Tomasz speaks Polish, English, and Russian.
