Martin McEvoy has 30+ years’ experience running private sector Search & Selection service providers in the UK & Ireland. He led a market leading commercial recruitment consultancy’s UK and Irish operations prior to founding a specialist Executive Search Practice in Dublin in 1995.
Understanding the importance of accessing, engaging with and committing global talent for growth focused clients, Martin’s firm joined Signium as a stockholder in 2001. A former member of Signium’s Global Board, diverse assignments completed by Martin have involved sourcing talent at CEO; COO; CFO; General Management; Head of Function and Specialist levels in Ireland, EMEA and Globally across a wide range of client sectors.
Martin was previous Chair of the Marketing Institute in Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute since 2005. He has been an industry expert on review teams, quality processes and interview panels for graduate and postgraduate and MBA programmes in UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, South East Technological University and Technological University Dublin (TUD). Recipient of the Japan Ireland Economic Association Fellowship Award, Martin is past Chairman of his College Alumnus, an active member of the CIPD and Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
With a B.Sc. Management & MA from TUD and Trinity College Dublin, Martin has supported social entrepreneurs through the Global network of Ashoka and has also been known to play average guitar and even worse golf..!
