Göran Westberg

Göran Westberg is a Senior Advisor with Signium since September 2019. He is a member of the global CEO & Board Practice as well as the Industrial and Technology Services Practices.

Mr. Westberg has more than 15 years experience from executive search at Board and C-suite level, primarily in the European countries.

Prior to joining Signium, Mr. Westberg was Partner in Charge in Sweden for another global executive search firm and also founded the Swedish branch for another global firm.

Previously, Mr. Westberg worked at the well-known Swedish telecommunication group, ERICSSON, where he held various positions within their human resources and operational development departments during his six years with them.

Mr. Westberg has also spent part of his career in the steel industry working as CHRO/SVP Human Resources for SANDVIK, OUTOKUMPU and the BÖHLER-UDDEHOLM Group. Göran Westberg graduated from the Royal Staff College, MHS. He is fluent in English and Swedish and has a good understanding of Norwegian.
