Maurice is widely endorsed as one of New Zealand’s leading executive search consultants with over 40 years continuous experience in the search-based recruitment of chief executives, senior management, and directors for public and private corporations. Maurice is a Director of Signium New Zealand and a Partner of Signium International, Inc.

Maurice has been instrumental in facilitating the successful and sustainable value-creating appointments of C-level executives and non-executive Directors across a wide variety of industries and utilities through skillfully matching the business culture and objectives with the personal values, experience and motivations of the executive.

A Certified Management Consultant, Maurice is also a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the Institute of Directors and a Justice of the Peace. Maurice gained a Master of Business Studies (Hons) in Strategic Management and Governance from Massey University and holds Bachelor degrees in Science (Psych) and Commerce (Management Science) from the University of Auckland.
