Uberto Thun

Uberto joined Signium Italy in 2024 as a Senior Advisor on executive projects focussing on Industrial Companies. Uberto has been Practice Leader and Equity Partner at Key2people since 2017 and Senior Advisor at EXS Italia, part of GiGroup, since 2021.

Previously, he spent almost 30 years in the Pirelli Group in positions of increasing responsibility, including Global SVP Sales & Marketing and SVP of the 2-wheel business unit, where he spent 12 years between Austria and Germany. He was also CEO of Cicli Pinarello, a leading company in the bicycle sector.

Uberto holds a degree in Political Science. He is married with four children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, skiing and golf. He is fluent in Italian, English and German.
