The SIGNIUM (Signium International, Inc.) global network of executive search and leadership consulting firms is comprised of separate legal entities. Signium International, Inc. does not itself provide services to clients and does not participate in client engagements. While Signium International Inc. assists in the coordination of its network firms’ marketing efforts and seeks to oversee the implementation of certain policies consistent with its network firms’ licensed use of the SIGNIUM trademark and other SIGNIUM service marks, SIGNIUM/ Signium International Inc. does not control or manage or have any ownership interest in such firms. Signium International, Inc. is not the agent of any network firm, nor does it have any authority to represent or bind any thereof. Likewise, no network firm is the agent of Signium International, Inc., nor may any of them represent or bind Signium International, Inc. in any way.
