Paul Holland

Paul Holland has over 25 years’ experience in establishing & managing successful international businesses in the Executive Search, Sports Marketing and Investment sectors. Commencing in financial services, Paul progressed to a senior management role at Octagon, one of the world’s leading sports marketing agencies, with leading international sports rights holders; Euro Championships (Football), Ryder Cup, European Rugby Cup, FIA World Rally Championship and blue-chip international clients including: Aer Lingus, BMW, Coca Cola, Dunhill, H&M, HSBC, Mastercard, Microsoft, Peugeot, Vodafone. Subsequently focussing on the Investment sector, Paul sourced and managed €100m+ investments in UK, Europe, USA and Africa for high net worth international investors. In 2011, Paul was a founding partner of Elevate Executive Selection, a boutique executive search firm; leading senior Search assignments in the Consumer Goods, Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology and Life Sciences sectors. He joined Signium Ireland in 2015. Paul holds a Masters of Business Studies from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Cork. He is a Board member of The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation and a member of the University College Dublin Business Alumni.
