Edvard Krogius

Edvard Krogius’ 25 years of work experience includes management, sales and marketing, communication, accounting and finance, supply chain and entrepreneurship for different industries and companies. Holding executive positions for listed corporations in his early career, Edvard’s entrepreneurial mindset has led him to owning his own enterprises and leading co-founded start-ups. Inspirational leadership with a combination of strategy-based proactive communication with the human being at the center, has become the core of Edvard’s leadership philosophy;

• Passionate and thorough understanding about different cultures with personified and natural cross-border sales and marketing approach
• Communicative and engaged, inspirational leadership and business coaching with the human being always in focus, striving for ever better results in a positive environment
• Solid knowledge and experience of P/L, accounting and finance-based leadership with adequate tools, routines and well-planned reporting as cornerstones
• Acting with the shareholder’s interest in mind both in corporate and private equity environments, not forgetting other stake holders
  

Edvard holds a M.Sc. degree and a CEFA, Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst postgraduate degree from Hanken in Helsinki. Edvard has also completed several executive management development programs including VIA Group’s “Vision into Action”. 
Edvard is fluent in both Swedish, Finnish, English and German.
