Martin Vogler

Martin Vogler started his career as a flight instructor and line pilot with Swissair before joining Mettler Instruments in HR roles both nationally and internationally. Upon being promoted to country marketing management, Mr. Vogler took responsibility for several European markets and the USA. After a stint as Vice President Human Resources at Lindt & Sprüngli, Martin joined Leica as Vice President Human Resources before switching to sales management at Leica Microsystems and later being promoted to Managing Director Europe and worldwide distributor sales. All his assignments included general management, business and market development aspects as well as change management and organizational evolution. His roles exposed him to broad multinational cultures. 

He has broad management experience across various industries. In 2008 Martin joined Signium as a Senior Consultant in the Zurich office. He specializes in Industrial, Technology, Medical and Life Science accounts as well as Aviation for national and international clients. 

Martin majored in Physics at Basle University, graduated as a line pilot from the Swiss Civil Aviation School and attended Management Programs at Business Schools both in Europe and the USA. As a Swiss national, he speaks German, French and English fluently as well as some Italian.
