Christopher Thölix has more than 30 years’ experience in senior international management roles. He has worked globally over more than 30 years and lived in ten countries in North America, Asia and Europe. During the last 20 years he has been a trusted leadership advisor, combining his great passion for cultural diversity and business development with his keen interest in behavioral psychology and foreign cultures.
Christopher has extensive leadership consultancy, executive search and management team audit experience, having been involved in several hundred assignments in more than 20 countries. He specializes in cross-border/culture search and management team and culture audits, assessments and coaching assignments. During the last 10 years, he has been instrumental in developing seven different leadership analyses under one portfolio, the “star model”, assessing e.g. Board efficiency, leader personalities, career motivational factors, 360 feedback leadership assessment, Culture Due Diligence assessments of organizations, etc.
Prior to joining the industry, Christopher was partly heading analyst teams at global HQs, and sales-coaching multicultural sales teams across Europe and southwest Russia for over 10 years. He is a generalist (having worked with more than 50 industry sectors) with a broad senior management and Board focus, assisting listed, family, and PE-owned companies internationally.
He also holds Board membership and advisory experience from various organizations. He is a native Swedish and Finnish speaker, with fluency in English and French and some working proficiency in Spanish and German. Christopher has a M.Sc. degree from SSEBA in Helsinki and post-graduate studies from Columbia, NYC and EDHEC, Nice, and is certified in a multitude of test and assessment tools and a certified Business Coach.
