Jeff Khoo

Jeff Khoo is a Director at Signium Singapore. He leads the local Industrial Manufacturing, Energy and Construction sector practices.

Prior to joining Signium, Jeff had 35 years of regional corporate commercial leadership experience across industries, including infrastructure and building construction, oil & gas, shipping, logistics, chemical, manufacturing, e-commerce and technology. Jeff has worked in large multinational companies such as BASF, Jurong Cement, and Keystone International. He is a respected industry leader and held the position of secretary general of the Cement Manufacturer’s Association in Singapore.

Jeff played an instrumental role in developing and leading BASF construction chemical cement additives in Asia Pacific. He has strong communication skills, and his strength lies in connecting and building relationship with clients and candidates. Having travelled extensively in Asia Pacific, he possesses broad regional experience and understands the cultural differences among candidates.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Thames Valley University UK, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore.

Outside work, Jeff enjoys playing football, golf, swimming and cycling. He also plays the guitar and is a rock music lover.
