Signium hosts largest ever partner meeting in Milan

Speakers from Italy’s business and education worlds alongside leaders from the United Kingdom and United States highlighted the two-day agenda.
Chicago, IL, USA – Signium, one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership consulting partnerships, chose Milan, Italy to host its largest ever annual partners meeting from May 8-10.
Over seventy-five Signium colleagues from twenty-five countries attended the event, with a theme centered on the reverse paradigm of thinking local, acting global. In addition to business development, key priorities included geographical expansion, new service offerings, marketing and brand development, and the growth of Signium’s infrastructure including the launch of its best practice Signium Academy.
Speakers included Paolo Boccardelli, Dean at LUISS Business School; Eugenio Sidoli, President of Philip Morris Italia and Coordinator of the Advisory Board for Foreign Investors in Italy of Confindustria; and Giuseppe Morici, CEO of Bolton Group’s food division. Topics included leadership in the new world and CEOs leading a global agenda. Adam Hale, Chairman at DevOpsGroup and Karen Greenbaum, President of AESC, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, also spoke. As a founding member of the AESC, Signium is delighted to ‘Create the Future’ with the industry’s global standards body.
