Markus Heimbrodt

Markus Heimbrodt has been successfully working as a consultant in executive interim management solutions at first and second management levels since 2011. As Managing Partner at Signium in Düsseldorf, he and his team of experienced specialists look for and find the best managers for line or project management tasks for mostly medium-sized customers. Thorough needs analyses, the careful selection of quality-assured interim managers, and many years of experience are the basis of his successful appointments.

Markus has been part of the Signium partner team since October 2022. Following project experience as an interim manager, he worked for more than 8 years as a partner and member of management at one of the leading interim management agencies in Germany.

Many years of experience in interim management as well as in corporate management and HR management consulting

Markus studied education and business administration at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Cologne and Leipzig and then worked in various specialist and managerial positions in the non-profit sectors and in HR management consulting. Most recently, he served as managing director of a nationwide career and outplacement consultancy.

Born in the Rhineland, Markus spends his free time with family and friends or as a passionate racing cyclist on the roads of the Bergisches Land, near his hometown Düsseldorf.
