Alexandre Trotto

Alexandre Trotto is an expert in talent recruitment and management with over 25 years of experience.

Starting his career as a SAP consultant and sales engineer in IT services firms, he transitioned into roles at a leading recruitment firm in France, and later as Regional HR Director in an International listed company.

In 2018, he founded Hajime RH, a firm specializing in executive search and strategic talent management. Alexandre is known for his ability to understand the specific needs of companies and identify the best profiles to meet their challenges. Passionate about human relations and convinced that people are the true wealth of companies, he strives to create meaningful connections between employers and candidates.

Alexandre holds a Master degree in Management of Technologies from The Paris School of Business.

When not at work, he spends time on tatamis to spread his passion for karate.
