Markus Heimbrodt and Horst Geiger move from taskforce to Signium Germany
Düsseldorf, October 2022: How do companies remain flexible and agile, even and especially in economically turbulent times like these? To overcome such difficult challenges, companies are increasing turning to interim managers. The personnel consultancy Signium Deutschland is expanding its service portfolio to support its client companies in bridging short-term staff shortages or for specific project tasks. For executive interim management, the company has brought in two experienced interim experts: Markus Heimbrodt and Horst Geiger. Previously, both worked for the interim management agency taskforce.
Signium rebuilds Executive Interim Management with Markus Heimbrodt and Horst Geiger
Markus Heimbrodt and Horst Geiger will join Signium Germany on 1 October 2022. Markus Heimbrodt will be responsible for Executive Interim Management as a managing partner at the Düsseldorf location. Horst Geiger joins the team as senior advisor in the Munich office. “Signium has already been extremely successful in the field of interim management in the past and can look back on extensive expertise. We are therefore very pleased to welcome Markus Heimbrodt and Horst Geiger to our partnership and to re-enter this segment with the two experienced and competent experts and to expand our service portfolio”, says Norbert Graschi, Managing Director at Signium Germany in München.
Many years of experience and expertise in interim management
Markus Heimbrodt has been working as a consultant in executive interim management at the first and second management levels since 2011. Following his own project experience as an interim manager, he then worked for more than eight years as a partner and member of the executive board at the interim management agency taskforce. He began his professional career in various specialist and management positions in the non-profit sector as well as in HR management consulting.
Horst Geiger has over 20 years of experience as a manager with well-known manufacturers in the mechanical engineering and electrical industries. From 2011 to 2017, Mr Geiger worked as an interim manager. In addition to executive interim management consulting, Mr Geiger is active as an advisory board member and supervisory board member in medium-sized companies. He also supports start-ups and inventors as a business angel. At taskforce, Mr Geiger was a partner and senior advisor for eleven years.
