Horst Geiger

Horst Geiger works as a Senior Advisor in Executive Interim Management at Signium Germany. He has more than 20 years of experience as a manager at well-known manufacturers in mechanical engineering and the electrical industry. From 2011 to 2017, he was active as an interim manager.

Since then, Horst has been a member of the Advisory Board and Supervisory Board and advises medium-sized industrial companies on filling interim positions at first and second management level. His many years of experience as a manager and as an interim manager is the basis for his carefully cultivated network with companies and managers.

After eleven years as a partner and senior advisor at one of the leading interim agencies in Germany, Horst joined the Signium team in Munich in October 2022. In addition to consulting in executive interim management, he is active on advisory and supervisory boards in medium-sized companies. He is also active as a business angel with start-ups and inventors.

Horst first worked as a manager in sales and marketing before taking on overall entrepreneurial responsibility as CEO of a “hidden champion”.

In his free time, Horst has been volunteering at the local basketball club for years. He spends a lot of time with his family and his dogs. He is also a passionate skier.
