Signium welcomes Jim O’Brien as new Consulting Partner in Dublin

In response to strong growth in the senior executive recruitment market, Signium Ireland has announced the appointment of Jim O’Brien as Consulting Partner.

Jim joins Signium from Aramark, where he was HR Director for Aramark’s operations across Northern Europe.

Accomplished HR leader with 25 years HR experience

Jim has a long career in HR leadership spanning 25 years in both global multinationals including Diageo, Corus Group (now Tata) in addition to Aramark plus major Irish companies including Bank of Ireland and DAA. Jim has worked internationally in the US and the UK and performed a global leadership role with a multi-region footprint (Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific) while with Diageo.

As HR Director with Aramark, Jim was responsible for attracting, engaging and developing circa 16,000 employees in the UK, Ireland and wider EMEA across food services, facilities management, retail and property management.

Talented HR subject matter expert

Jim’s areas of HR subject matter expertise include talent management, organisation effectiveness, leadership advisory, M&A and reward.

A law graduate from Trinity College Dublin, Jim is also a non-Executive Director in the not for profit sector. Married with three children, Jim is a huge Leinster and Ireland rugby fan!
