Matthew Dallison is a graduate in Sociology of the University of Portsmouth. He launched his career in Sales and Marketing within the consumer goods sector with RHM.  He joined Highfield Human Solutions, an executive search firm, where he focused initially on Sales and Marketing positions for market leading consumer products manufacturers, broadening his remit across the full spectrum of functions. As well as consumer goods and services, Matthew now focuses on the utilities and energy markets.

 With over 12 years search experience Matthew is a Senior Consultant at Snowdon Tate providing strategic consulting to organisations seeking exceptional leaders to drive transformational change.
