Juraci Andrade is a senior executive search consultant and one of the founders of the Brazilian office of Signium International. He has over 35 years of corporate professional background in the areas of Finance, Administration and Human Resources. He has experience working with domestic and international concerns (Onan Montgomery, BASF/Glasurit, Schering-Plough, Hoechst and C&A Brenninkmeyer), holding positions at director's level. During a 10-year period, Juraci intensively dealt with union negotiations and labor relations issues, as a member of the São Paulo Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry Association.

In 1992, he started, together with other partners, his own executive search firm, later on named VCA-Ward Howell International, now Signium International. His search strengths are focused in the automotive and industrial areas, as well as consumer and finance. Juraci is a native Brazilian, graduated in Business Administration from Fundacão Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo, and has several other extension courses in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources, in Brazil and abroad.
